Always wonderful service, food and atmosphere. I usually get the trout, but today ordered the chicken piccata. It too was wonderful!

Nicole was our server yesterday and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us on Christmas Eve! It was decorated elegantly for Christmas and the food is always top tier. We've been going here most of my life and it keeps us coming back.

The goat cheese quesadillas were amazing. Wasn't impressed with my husband's chicken fried steak wasn't all that great. My cilantro chicken was fabulous. Our waitress was fantastic. Restaurant was loud.

Mac's is consistently very good - service, food and room. Bit noisy for me, but most people will be fine. I have enjoyed many items at brunch and dinners. Part steakhouse part bistro. Arlington does not have much for fine dining, they are great for our special occasions! Save the trip to FtW for the big occasions. Couple highlights for me: flavorful, tender steaks, carefully prepared seafood, delicious cocktails, kids are welcomed with fun things to do and good menu selection, and Cajun touches like gumbo and sometimes étouffée. Specials change with seasons and have many seafood choices. Staff is seasoned, polished and accommodating. Many visits with never a disappointment. Ohh... unlimited salad and sourdough!

This place has been in Arlington a long time. Atmosphere is nice and quiet, food just okay. It gets really busy at dinner time ,mostly locals older crowd or family.

We've been back a couple times recently, and the food quality has returned. Rena seems to be in control. It's a bit pricey, and I wish they'd figure out the noise issue. It's loud and sharp. Service is always excellent. Starters are always excellent. I like the traditional crab claws, the Korean Mandi dumplings, and the scallops are fantastic. I think they modified the comp bread and not for the better; I like the price and few places still do it. The salad is great if you're hungry and it's a value if you eat an extra bowl of it. The blue cheese is a little skimpy these days but it's cold crisp and dressed. I usually go with the crawfish etoufee these days. We usually stick to the same entrees but I've never heard any complaints of other stuff. Steaks are all excellent and the prime rib is probably the best in DFW. The chicken fried steak is one of the best as well. The fried chicken and fried shrimp are superb, as is the grilled shrimp. The burger is top notch and char grilled, and the Reuben is very good. For brunch you can't go wrong with the crab Benedict's.

I'm so glad we have this location! It's just a great option for a meal at any time. Their menu selection is vast and has something for everybody. The wait staff is always attentive and I never run too low on water. The crowd that visits is for the most part an older crowd but my friends and family of all ages enjoy the restaurant. They have a refined and sophisticated feel but don't worry I've eaten here in casual attire as well.

My brother and SIL treated me to dinner while I was recuperating from a surgery. I haven't been in a while and it was so nice to see that things hadn't changed. I like the clean look with the light floor/ceilings, white table clothes on wood table and chairs with wood paneling throughout. The live plants thrive in front of the many windows around the front and side of the restaurant. There's always plenty of parking along the three sides of the building. Services was excellent and my small Crawfish Etouffee was so delicious; just the perfect amount of spice. I took half of it home and it was even tastier the next day.

Went here for Easter brunch today and it was amazing!!!! Our cousin had told us to try it out and we are so glad we listened. This might be the best brunch I've had in DFW. From the cinnamon rolls and fruit that they bring out to start to the delicious menu items, everything was so flavorful, hearty, and delicious! Plus our waitress was extremely kind, fast, efficient, and helpful! I loved the eggs Benedict and cinnamon rolls the most! My brothers loved the ghost pepper burger a lot! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back! We got the food in a pretty decent time and love the restaurant as well! It was super clean, busy but not overly noisy, nice/fancy but also casual!

Mac's is a nice cross between a tavern and a bistro. Restaurant, bar, neighborhood vibe, just a touch more upscale. We found our waitstaff to be polite, polished, friendly and attentive. Our meals were delicious and the timing of everything was perfect. We enjoyed a light appetizer and seafood entrees but based on the menu and plates passing by diners can also enjoy a juicy burger or steak. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience. Recommend
